His primary responsibilities include sourcing, structuring, capitalizing, and strategizing the firm’s real estate projects. He interfaces regularly with capital partners, operating partners, as well as project design & construction teams. Zamir has overseen over 36 successful real estate transactions for Berkshire Property Holdings.
